SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Yesterday afternoon, Spokane Valley deputies located No-Li Brewhouse’s stolen “Big Juicy” truck and arrested a suspect with help from the public.

Yesterday morning, No-Li Brewhouse reported that their “Big Juicy IPA” promotional truck was stolen overnight.

Around 1:30 p.m., Spokane Valley deputies were given a tip regarding the location of the stolen truck. The bright green Ford truck was seen at Spokane Valley Mall.

Mall security contacted deputies to advise them that there was one suspect in the vehicle.

Multiple deputies pulled behind the stolen truck with their emergency light activated and advised the suspect to exit the vehicle.

34-year-old Justin Jaquith followed all instructions and was safely taken into custody. When asked what he did that morning he stated that he was “at a friend’s house in the City of Spokane and heard a vehicle racing around the area”.

Jaquith talked to the driver and saw that the green truck was spray painted. He then offered to buy it from the driver for $150. He did not get a bill of sale and admitted that the deal was “too good to be true” and “should have known” that the truck was stolen.

While investigating, deputies noted that the driver’s door lock was damaged, there were pry marks around the locking mechanism and door, the ignition was damaged and a red can of spray paint was found inside.

Once the No-Li truck was back in possession of its rightful owner, deputies looked at surveillance footage. Based on the video, it didn’t appear that Jaquith was the initial theft suspect, although this has not been verified by law enforcement.

Justin Jaquith was booked into Spokane County Jail for possession of a stolen motor vehicle and his misdemeanor warrants for no valid license and operating a vehicle without a valid title.

The investigation into the actual vehicle theft continues, and additional arrests or charges are possible.
