SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Police Department (SPD) has arrested a teenager who allegedly assaulted a business owner with a flower pot on Feb. 24.
Video released by the SPD contains footage of the teenager. Law enforcement claim he engaged in a verbal altercation with the owner of a nail salon in downtown Spokane before striking him over the head with a flower pot.
According to SPD, the minor was identified due to a litany of tips from the public. He has been charged with assault and malicious mischief.
He is currently in the Spokane County Juvenile Detention Center.
