SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Police Department (SPD) is asking for help finding a missing vulnerable man.
Patrick Holten, 58, is a 5 – 6″ tall white man who weighs 170 pounds. Holten was last seen near Regal and 55th on Jan. 17 at 1:45 p.m. SPD said he was wearing a green coat with orange trim, blue jeans, brown boots, a stocking cap, tan gloves and glasses. He is wearing identification tags with contact information.
SPD said Holten has health concerns, and the current weather conditions make his condition even more desperate. He may be trying to get to the area of 29th and Ray.
