SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Police Department (SPD) arrested four people for kidnapping and physically assaulting a woman in West Boone Avenue.
On March 22, SPD responded to the 1300 block of West Boone Avenue after 911 received a call about a screaming woman.
When police arrived they met with a woman who had sustained serious injuries from what looked like a physical assault.
The victim also had part of her hair forcibly shaved off. SPD observed several subjects attempting to hide in one of the apartments at the location.
Officers contacted and detained four adults and after an investigation, the following were arrested and booked into the Spokane County Jail for First Degree Kidnapping and Second Degree Assault:
Ashley A. Spencer a 31-year-old.David P. Nieman a 33-year-old.Thomas W. Fetzer a 50-year-old.Danielle E. Bednarcik a 19-year-old.
The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment where she is in serious, but stable condition.
SPD is currently in the process of obtaining a search warrant for the location.
