SPOKANE, Wash.- The Spokane International Airport will install a sign bridge next week, which could reduce the road leading away from the airport to a single lane.
The construction, which will begin on Feb. 20, will occur just outside of the airport near the intersection of Airport Drive and Flint Road.
It has been a busy month for the Spokane airport, with 100 concessions employees being laid off in late January to make way for a new vendor and a $15 million dollar loan financing the expansion of airplane terminals being approved in early February.
The airport reminded drivers to be cautious next week as they leave the arrivals terminals.
