Spokane County continues to clear roads

SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. – With more snowfall expected, Spokane County snow plow and sand crews continue to deice.

The county has received one to three inches of snow today and crews have been busy plowing snow according to Spokane County’s press release.

For the rest of the day and into tonight, the county will focus on clearing Priority 1(emergency routes and major arterials) routes and 2 (secondary arterials).

Drivers are advised to remain cautious, slow down and allow plenty of room for stopping.

Spokane County also advises to give road equipment plenty of room and stay back at least 50 feet from sanding trucks.
