SPOKANE, Wash. – A Spokane real estate firm has announced a merger with a Coeur d’Alene company.
The merger between Haven Real Estate Group and Epique Realty brings together two large players in the Inland Northwest real estate market.
“This landmark merger unites the local expertise of Haven with the extensive reach of Epique Realty, setting the stage for unparalleled growth and collaboration in the real estate sector,” a release from the company said.
Home prices in Spokane were about seven percent higher in February 2024 than in 2023 according to Redfin data, while Coeur d’Alene home prices plateaued slightly.
Housing prices in eastern Washington and northern Idaho have both risen consistently over the past five years in line with state and national trends.
