SNOQUALMIE, Wash. – Snoqualmie Pass is fully blocked in both directions as heavy snow led to multiple spinouts Thursday evening, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT).

Eastbound lanes are blocked near milepost 47, just west of the summit. Westbound lanes are closed near milepost 71 by Easton.

Right now, there is no estimated time for reopening. You should avoid the area.

According to WSDOT, it is snowing hard, with compact snow and ice on the roadway. For updates on pass conditions, visit the WSDOT website.
