ELLENSBURG, Wash. – A shelter in place advisory has been issued at Central Washington University in Ellensburg following shots reportedly being fired near University Way.
The suspected shooter is wearing a purple hoodie and carrying a bag. Individuals in the area are advised to remain vigilant of their surroundings and to remain in place if possible.
