Shots fired on Spokane’s South Hill, police searching for suspect

SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane police are searching for a shooting suspect after reports of shots fired on Spokane’s South Hill Wednesday evening.

According to the Spokane Police Department (SPD), officers responded to a shooting in the area of East Ninth and South Arthur near the South Perry district. SPD said the male suspect fled upon arrival.

No one was injured in this shooting and no roads were closed.

SPD is actively investigating.
