COLBERT, Wash. — Crews are installing water lines off North Hatch Road for the “The Gem at Midway” development.
The development is a $55 million project by Snow Development.
It will feature seven apartment buildings with a total of 176 units. Plans also include a clubhouse and eight parking structures.
The contractor working on the water and sewer line installation is Piersol Construction.
There is a detour on North Hatch Road due to the construction.
There is no timeline for the development at this time. But a future project there will also include a grocery store.
