Pullman Farmers Market shuts down for 2024 season

PULLMAN, Wash. — The Pullman Farmers Market will not run during the 2024 summer season.

An announcement on their website said the current market manager will be stepping down in April. The Pullman Chamber of Commerce decided to take the 2024 season off to reevaluate the market strategies and goals.

“We understand this will leave a void in the beautiful food system of the Palouse, and will affect the businesses who have been providing fresh agricultural products and artisan foods and crafts to our community for 15 seasons,” the announcement said.

The Pullman Farmers Market does not intend to shut down permanently and has plans to return for the 2025 season.

There are three dates left for the winter market. Visit the Brelsford WSU Visitor Center on Feb. 17, March 16 and April 20 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
