SPOKANE, Wash. – One man is dead, and another is in custody in a deadly Spokane Garland shooting.
The Spokane Police Department is still investigating the shooting that was reported by a witness that happened around 5:30 a.m. Thursday morning.
SPD said that there is no threat to the community as they are not searching for more suspects.
Authorities say that they attempted life-saving measures, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Major crimes and forensics are still investigating the shooting and a roadblock in the area from North Post Street to North Howard Street is still in place.
As investigations are ongoing, please avoid the area until further notice.
