SPOKANE, Wash. — A two-vehicle crash is blocking eastbound traffic near the intersection of West Francis Avenue and Normandie Street, according to emergency responders.
One of the vehicles involved, a box truck, overturned in the crash and is blocking the roadway.
No serious injuries were reported.
Officials expect West Francis Avenue to reopen in about 30 minutes, though drivers should continue to expect delays and use alternate routes if possible.
