SPOKANE, Wash. – Riverfront Park’s Numerica Skate Ribbon and SkyRide will be closed for the third day in a row due to bitter cold temperatures.
Both attractions initially closed on Jan. 12 as frigid temperatures and below-zero wind chill rolled through the region.
Riverfront Spokane announced through X that the closure will continue through Sunday, Jan. 14, to prioritize the safety and well-being of all staff members and visitors.
Riverfront said they would reevaluate on Jan. 15 to determine if they will be open for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
