KOOTENAI COUNTY, Idaho — A New Jersey man was sentenced to 10 years in prison for sexual abuse of a child under the age of 16-year-old.
71-year-old Guy T. Haladky was accused of having sexual contact with a minor between Jan. 2020 and Sept. 2022 when the child was between the ages of two and four years old.
Haladky was said to have touch the child inappropriately over their clothing on several occasions.
On Sept. 18, he was arrested and charged with sexual abuse of a child.
The prosecution sentenced Haladky to a 15 year prison sentence with eligibility for parole after three years.
The District Judge sentenced him to 10 years in prison with eligibility for parole after three years.
71-year-old Guy T. Haladky was sentenced on Sept. 18 and is currently in Kootenai County Jail.
