COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho. – The Marriott is looking to put down roots in the lively downtown Coeur D’Alene area by 2027.
The proposed hotel will feature more then 100 rooms and even include a rooftop lounge and restaurant.
Hotel competition is fierce in the Coeur D’Alene area with the renowned Coeur D’Alene resort occupying prime real estate.
The new hotel is proposed for construction just a few streets down on East Sherman Avenue, adding to the competitive landscape.
Public hearing for the project is set for later this week and if approved construction could start in 2025.
