
MOSES LAKE, Wash. –The Moses Lake Airshow has announced a multi-day event at the Port of Moses Lake this June 12th–14th, anchoring America’s 250th anniversary celebrations with a unique blend of living history and aerospace innovation.
Friday features free general admission for all ages, and kids get in completely free on Saturday.
They’re transforming the flight line into a massive, hands-on playground featuring science, technology, engineering, art and math to show people how cool a career in aviation and tech can actually be.
You can watch Washington State University’s Solar Car race, where participants use nothing but pure sunlight to power the cars. You can also get up close and personal with a rocket engine from Stoke Space.
Organizers say the ‘Red Bull Air Force’ will push physics to the absolute limit in the skies over Central Washington.
The crown jewel of this year’s exhibition is the historic appearance of the WWII B-29 Superfortress “Doc.” As one of only two flyable B-29s left in the world, its arrival marks a rare, bucket-list milestone.
