Montana man found in 1,200 fentanyl pills in Post Falls

POST FALLS, Idaho – A Montana man is in jail after he was found with 1,200 fentanyl pills in Post Falls.

On July 17, officers with the Post Falls Police Department approached a vehicle driven by Brandon James Ramsey, 38. Officers saw a fentanyl pill in clear view and conducted a search warrant for the vehicle.

Approximately 1,200 additional pills were found in the vehicle. Upon further investigation, officers believe Ramsey was intending to deliver.

Ramsey has been sentenced to 12 years in prison with parole eligibility after four years on charges of possessing Fentanyl with intent to deliver.
