BREMERTON, Wash. — The Washington State Patrol has issued a statewide amber alert in search for 4-year-old Teddy Templeton.
Teddy is suspected to be with his mother, 39-year-old Shannon Michelle Isbell. Isbell allegedly drives a Blue 2005 Kia Spectra with Washington license plate BER2466. Isbell weighs 125 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.
Teddy is 4′ 0″, 40 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen on April 7 around 12 a.m. WSP said Isbell took the child from his bed and made threats to harm herself and him.
