Man breaks into from Spokane Children’s Theatre, steals hundreds in supplies

SPOKANE, Wash. — A man broke into the Spokane Children’s Theatre early Tuesday morning, leaving hundreds in damages and stolen items.

According to the Spokane Children’s Theatre, a man broke into their building around 1:30 a.m. on March 12 and stole wireless headset mics, a ticketing laptop, stage manager desk items, donations from a locked cast and props from the show. The theatre said the suspect even went through cast members’ cubby’s for anything of value.

The theatre plans to open Charlie Brown on April 12 and is currently running Tuck Everlasting. To donate to Spokane Children’s Theatre and help replace some of the stolen items, visit its donation page on the website.
