NEZPERCE, Idaho – Bajo, a K9 from the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office, has died and been laid to rest.
During his service with the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office, K9 Bajo diligently assisted the community.
In a Facebook post, the Sheriff’s Office expressed that Bajo also provided support to agencies across the region and was a cherished companion to many.
Sheriff Jason Davis of Lewis County conveyed his gratitude to all the law enforcement, fire personnel, and friends who honored K9 Bajo with a remarkable farewell. He shared, “I love you, partner, and thank you for always having my six!”
