SPOKANE, Wash. – The last day to receive at-home COVID-19 tests for free will be Friday, Mar. 8, according to the Washington State Department of Health (WSDH).

Beginning on Nov. 20, every home in the U.S. was eligible to order four free at-home tests.

Those who ordered in the fall can order an additional four tests and those who did not can place two orders for a total of eight tests before the Friday deadline.

The free COVID-19 tests are only available through mail and can be ordered through USPS. Shipping is free.

According to the WSDH, COVID-19 tests will still be made available to uninsured individuals and underserved communities through existing outreach programs.

Additionally, free antigen and PCR COVID-19 tests will continue to be available at various testing sites throughout the U.S.
