BOISE, Idaho – The Idaho Republican Party will hold its 2024 presidential caucus on Saturday.
Presumed Republican nominee former president Donald Trump only has one remaining opponent in the race, former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley.
While Trump has won each successive contest on the way to the Republican nomination, several civil and criminal legal cases have limited his mobility on the campaign trail and made him vulnerable to attacks from his sole Republican primary opponent.
Hayley has failed to win a single state in any Republican primary or caucus thus far, including in her home state of South Carolina.
She has promised that she will not leave the race until the party nominates a candidate, and has made good on that promise so far.
