SPOKANE, Wash. – The annual Hoopfest in downtown Spokane is gearing up for its big summer event and has recently opened registration for vendors and court monitors.

The world’s largest 3-on-3 basketball tournament is set for June 29-30, on the streets of downtown Spokane.

Hoopfest relies on vendors and volunteers each year to make this event a success and engage the Spokane community.

For those interested in being in the middle of the action all weekend, Hoopfest is looking for court monitors. Court monitors ensure games are played fairly and safely by overseeing games in a specific age group.

Not only do court monitors get a front-row seat to games, but they also receive some free Nike apparel and are entered to win Hoopfest’s sweepstakes package. They have the chance to win a 2-night stay at the Davenport Hotel for Hoopfest weekend, a new 65-inch smart TV, a La Rive Spa package, and a soundbar. Court monitors are expected to participate in the busy weekend and are encouraged to attend a training session.

Accepted businesses and services will be notified of their event status by April 18.

With over 250,000 people expected to attend, Hoopfest is seeking exciting new food, craft, merchandise, and street vendors.
