SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane SCRAPS host a two-day free adoption event to help bring your new valentine home!
All adult dog and cats will be free and will only require the $28 dollar licensing fee.
This will be a two-day event, Feb 8. and 9. They will be available for adoption from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
If you cannot personally adopt, SCRAPS asks to share the event and help find these pets a forever home!
