MOSCOW, Idaho. – Moscow police have encountered an alleged runaway turkey attempting to hop on cars.
This morning Moscow police officers responded to an unusual call for service… The reporting party stated a turkey had tried to hop into his car and go for a ride.
This is the third call in two days regarding this turkey and its friendliness towards vehicles. Several people have also reported that this turkey likes to play Frogger in traffic.
Police and Animal Control have been unable to capture the turkey and police believe it is somebody’s pet because of how comfortable it appears to be with humans.
