WASHINGTON, D.C. – Three former Justice Department employees are taking legal action against the Trump administration after their recent terminations.

The lawsuit involves two individuals who played roles in the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot cases. The suit claims Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Justice Department did not adhere to standard procedures for firing civil servants.

According to the lawsuit, the terminations occurred in June and July through memos signed by Bondi, but no reasons were provided.

It also states that two of the employees had consistently received excellent performance reviews. The third employee reportedly had no history of workplace issues.
