SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane officials are reaching out to the public to listen to their thoughts on the city’s public safety.

The City has hosted two meetings and plans to host two more meetings so that people can weigh in on current issues, policies, and concerns. Decisions made by the elected leaders impact the Spokane community as a whole and input from the community will positively impact Spokane’s safety.

“These decisions affect all of us. Your input will help ensure that our policies and practices reflect the needs and concerns of people all across Spokane,” said Spokane Mayor Lisa Brown.

There is an upcoming meeting on April 16 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Liberty Park Library and a virtual meeting on April 30 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
