Eastbound traffic on SR 2 is partially blocked after serious injury collision

CHELAN COUNTY, Wash. — Eastbound traffic on SR 2 near milepost 114 is partially blocked due to a serious injury collision that occurred Tuesday morning.

According to a District 6 Public Information Officer, a vehicle traveling westbound on SR 2 crossed into the eastbound lanes.

As the vehicle moved into oncoming traffic, the driver struck a vehicle traveling eastbound. A third vehicle was also involved due to the collision.

At least two people have been transported to the hospital with serious injuries.

Law enforcement on scene has released that one eastbound lane has been opened for drivers.
