SPOKANE, Wash – The KXLY-TV carriage agreement with DIRECTV expired at 9 p.m. Friday, March 6. We wished to avoid a disruption in your DIRECTV service, but DIRECTV has removed our programming from its lineup.
Call DIRECTV now and tell them you want to keep KXLY-TV at 1-866-852-1310.
You can always reach us for free with an over-the-air antenna and we encourage you to do so. However, we cannot allow DIRECTV to resell our programming without a fair agreement. We have agreements with all other cable and satellite providers in our area and we have offered DIRECTV terms competitive with the current marketplace.
Q. What will we be missing if KXLY-TV s not available on DIRECTV? We produce more than 30 hours of local news news each week covering the issues important to Spokane, Coeur d’Alene and the surrounding communities. In addition, we broadcast ABC’s award-winning and highly-rated news, sports and entertainment programming including NBA basketball, American Idol, The Oscars, High Potential, 9-1-1 and The Bachelorette just to name a few.

Yes, if you watch KXLY-TV through DIRECTV’s streaming service, this outage will affect you too.
