SPOKANE, Wash. – Lilac City Comicon announced that online registration to enter their 2024 Cosplay Contest is now open.
The contest will be held in the Spokane Convention Center on June 1 at 5 p.m. and the free kids cosplay contest will be held on June 2 at 3 p.m.
The website lists the various prizes as follows:
EXPERT Prizes:
1st Place- Custom Made “Large” Cosplay Championship Belt (see picture) sponsored by Northern Quest Resort & Casino ($200 value) and $200 in cash money.
2nd Place- $150 Gift Certificate to The Comic Book Shop in Spokane, WA
3rd Place- $50 Gift Certificate to The Comic Book Shop in Spokane, WA
INTERMEDIATE Prizes:
1st Place- Custom Made “Mini” Cosplay Championship Belt sponsored by Northern Quest Resort & Casino ($60 value) and $100 Gift Certificate to The Comic Book Shop in Spokane, WA.
2nd Place- $50 Gift Certificate to The Comic Book Shop in Spokane, WA
3rd Place- $25 Gift Certificate to The Comic Book Shop in Spokane, WA
NOVICE Prizes:
