COEUR d’ ALENE, Idaho – The Coeur d’Alene Police Department and SWAT are surrounding a home in downtown Coeur d’Alene.
Witnesses on scene told NonStop Local that a man is locked inside a home near 10th and Coeur d’Alene Street. It is unclear if the man has weapons but witnesses say the man might have a sword.
