SPOKANE, Wash. — The City of Spokane is giving homeowners a chance to brighten up their property for free.
The city’s Safe and Bright Residential Light program offers a free solar-powered, motion-detecting residential light.
The program aims to help people illuminate commonly dark areas in their neighborhoods, such as alleys, sidewalks and public walking spaces.
