SPOKANE, Wash. – An undeveloped lot which is used by Browne’s Addition residents as a dog park and Spokane River lookout is for sale for residential development.
The lot, which is used as a dog park and recreation area by locals but is not a City of Spokane park and is privately owned, has been for sale since early 2023 by commercial real estate company Kiemle Hagood.
If sold, the half-acre parcel could be turned into an apartment complex, as it is zoned as a residential high density lot.
