SPOKANE, Wash. — The Friends of the Spokane Public Library is hosting its annual book sale at the Shadle Park Library later this month.
Books will be on sale for $1 on April 23 through 25.
The member presale will take place from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on April 23. The sale will open for all on April 24 and 25.
The Spokane Public Library says anyone can become a Friends of the Library member on-site on April 23 or online for $15 for an individual membership or $25 for a family membership.
On Saturday, you can buy a bag of books for just $3 or a box of books for $6. Everyone is encouraged to bring your own bags.
The Spokane Public Library says proceeds from the sale go to support library programs and resources.
