SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — 1,996 Avista customers are without power during the powerful wind gusts throughout the Northwest Sunday night.
According to the official Avista website, many have reported losing power, and Avista has yet to determine the cause of the outage. Avista employees are working to schedule resources to restore power.
