PORTLAND, Oregon – The Gonzaga Bulldogs made for a tense night Thursday, surviving a late scare against 14-seed Kennesaw State.
The Zags beat the Owls 73-64 in Portland.
Graham Ike led the way for the Zags with 19 points. David Fogle had 17 points off the bench and provided the spark Gonzaga needed in the second half.
Gonzaga now moves on to face Texas on Saturday.
The winner of that game moves on to the Sweet 16 in San Jose.
