SPOKANE, Wash. — Check your tickets! A person in Spokane has won more than $1 million from Washington’s lottery.
According to the lotto, the winning ticket was sold at the Fred Meyer on N. Division and Hastings Road in north Spokane Thursday, February 26.
The HIT 5 jackpot is $1.235 million with Fred Meyer receiving $12,350 for selling the ticket.
Lottery officials say players have 180 days to claim their prize before it transfers into a reserve account.
