MOSES LAKE, Wash. – The Moses Lake School District invited its local community to “We Remember,” a gathering focused on remembrance and unity 30 years after the Frontier Middle School shooting.
The gathering is scheduled for February 1, 2026 at 2 p.m.
The event is centered on the community itself, instead of the event.
“This gathering is not intended to focus on the event itself, but to provide space for reflection, connection, and collective support as we honor the strength and care that continue to define our community,” the district wrote in its post about the gathering.
The district said everyone is welcome to attend and participation is optional.
“We Remember offers an opportunity to come together in a spirit of compassion, solidarity, and respect,” the district wrote.
