Washington, Oregon and Montana will all see increases to minimum wage in 2026.
Washington will increase the minimum wage from $16.66 to $17.13 per hour, a 2.3% increase on January 1. Washington already has the highest minimum wage in the United States.
Montana will increase the minimum wage from $10.55 to $10.85 on January 1.
Oregon is set to raise its minimum wage in July, but has not yet specified an exact date or what the amount will be. The current minimum wage across most of the state is $15.05 per hour.
