OLYMPIA, Wash. — House Bill 1526 is poised to change the snack bar liquor license in Washington, pending legislative approval.
If the bill passes, it will expand the current license to permit the sale of both beer and wine by the glass for on-premises consumption. Previously, the license only allowed for beer sales.
The Senate Committee on Labor and Commerce is scheduled to vote on the bill on February 24. The bill has already passed the state senate.
