SPOKANE, Wash. – Volunteers gathered at Redband Park to clean the banks of the Spokane River.

This cleanup effort is part of the Redband Rally campaign, which began in 2017 to raise awareness for the Redband Trout and the river.

Participants removed a variety of litter, including old tires, from the area.

Organizers emphasized that individuals can contribute to maintaining cleanliness at any time and advised reporting any dangerous materials to the authorities.

The Redband Rally campaign continues to encourage community involvement in preserving the local environment.
