MOSES LAKE, Wash.–A car vs. pedestrian fatality collision closed Eastbound I-90 at exit 175.
Troopers are at the scene and traffic is being diverted to the off-ram, according to WSP District 6 PIO. WSDOT is on the way to help with traffic control.
