ARIZONA – Lori Vallow Daybell has been found guilty of conspiracy to commit murder in her second and final trial in the state.

Vallow Daybell faced accusations of conspiring with her brother, Alex Cox, in the attempted murder of Brandon Boudreaux. Boudreaux, who was once married to Vallow Daybell’s niece, was shot at in October 2019 while driving home from the gym in Arizona. Investigators reported that the bullet missed him by only a few inches.

In court, Vallow Daybell chose to represent herself. The jury resumed deliberations this morning and quickly reached a verdict.

This conviction follows her April trial where Vallow Daybell was found guilty of plotting the fatal shooting of her fourth husband, Charles Vallow.

Previously, she was also convicted in Idaho for the killing of her two children and her husband’s first wife.
