
STEVENS COUNTY, Wash. – A woman from Valley, Washington was sentenced on Tuesday for two counts of vehicular homicide after , leading to the death of a motorcyclist, 74-year-old Jerome F. Venters, and his passenger, 76-year-old Gloria J. Venters.
Ida Hildebrand, 52, entered a guilty plea on Tuesday to both counts of vehicular homicide. According to court documents, Hildebrand was under the influence of intoxicants, and has substance use disorder.
She was sentenced to 125 months in confinement and 18 months in community custody.
Additionally, Hildebrand was ordered to pay $11,542.30 in restitution to the Crime Victims Compensation program.
