SPOKANE, Wash. – The U.S. Marshals Service arrested a man on Friday wanted for violating the terms of his Graduated Reentry probation sentence. Keantray Davon Bryant-Muellner was on probation stemming from April 2024 charges of unlawful firearm possession, possession of a stolen firearm, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and escape from community custody.

According to a press release from the U.S. Marshals Service, members of the Fugitive Task Force surrounded a home on South Regal Street associated with Bryant-Muellner at around 5:30 p.m. After several announcements were made, officers removed a sliding glass door from the residence.

Bryant-Muellner was found inside the home attempting to hide under a child’s bed. The U.S. Marshals Service said he surrendered without incident.

Washington State Department of Corrections Community Response Unit searched the residence following the arrest and retrieved a handgun and high-capacity magazines.

“Last night’s arrest reflects the strength of our partnerships and the teamwork among local, state, tribal, and federal law enforcement agencies,” United States Marshal for the Eastern District of Washington Craig Thayer said. “With gun violence continuing to plague Spokane, every violent offender arrested and every firearm taken off the street makes our communities safer.”
