Traffic is moving with single-lane closures in both directions, according to the WSDOT Real Time Travel Map.
UPDATE 4:03 P.M.
One lane is open along the southbound lanes, but the northbound lanes are closed so cars can be towed, according to FCSO.

US 395 South is closed at the Franklin County and Adams County line for a multi car collision.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area at milepost 60, according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.
