An update from Spokane Department of Transportation says that only the southbound lane is blocked.
The collision will block the roadway until further notice.
Spokane DOT recommended people to use alternate routes and yield to emergency vehicles.
SPOKANE, Wash. – The US 395 is completely blocked at West Staley Road and West Denison Chattaroy Road due to a serious injury crash, according to Washington State Patrol.
The road is blocked for travelers going both north and south. The crash is being classified as a serious injury collision.
Travelers should avoid the area, Sergeant Greg Riddell, the Public Information Officer with the Washington State Patrol said.
