
SPOKANE, Wash. – As Martin Luther King Jr. Day is observed on Monday, several government buildings and community services in Spokane will be closed.
Spokane city facilities, including City Hall, Municipal Court and Community Justice Services, will not be open.
Additionally, all public libraries in the city will be closed, and the Spokane City Council will not hold a meeting.
On-street parking meters and kiosks will be free for the day. Garbage and recycling collection will proceed on its regular schedule.
